Order Processing at BAGGU

All orders placed on BAGGU are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days from our fulfillment center. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its transit.

Domestic Shipping Within the United States

We provide ground shipping throughout the United States with a flat rate of $6 per order. Orders with a subtotal exceeding $50 automatically qualify for free ground shipping.

Typical delivery time for standard ground shipments is between 7-10 business days after dispatch.

If you need your items sooner, expedited shipping options can be selected at checkout. All available methods will show their respective shipping fees and estimated delivery times clearly for you to choose the best option.

International Shipping

BAGGU offers international shipping with delivery times generally ranging from 8-11 business days following shipment. Please be aware that customs clearance procedures may delay the arrival time beyond this window.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. BAGGU cannot estimate or manage these additional charges.

Accuracy of Shipping Address

We ship products only to the address entered during checkout. Please verify your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase to prevent delivery complications.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible through the BAGGU contact page. While we will attempt to update incorrect information, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address might be returned to us, and any reshipment due to erroneous addresses may incur additional fees.

Delivery and Carrier Responsibilities

After BAGGU has dispatched your order, delivery timing is governed by the carrier. Occasionally, shipping may experience delays during peak periods such as holidays or major sales events.

If Your Package Shows Delivered But Is Missing

Check all possible locations around your delivery address, such as porches, side doors, and mailrooms.
