By using BAGGU's website and placing an order, you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not proceed with placing an order on BAGGU's site.

Order Accuracy and Pricing

BAGGU aims to provide precise pricing and detailed product descriptions across all categories, including favorites such as the Medium Cargo Crossbody and Nylon Drawstring Bag. Despite our efforts, occasional errors may occur.

  • If BAGGU discovers a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you promptly.
  • We may limit the quantity of items available per customer or inform you if a product is out of stock.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders placed on BAGGU’s website cannot be modified in any way, including adding or removing products.

If you need to request a cancellation or change your shipping address, please contact BAGGU immediately through our contact page. These requests are time-sensitive and cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.

Shipping and Delivery Responsibilities

  • It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery failures and returned packages.
  • If a package is returned to BAGGU due to an address error, we will work with you to reship the order upon request; however, additional shipping fees may apply.
  • For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. BAGGU cannot predict or manage these charges.
  • BAGGU is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors outside our control.
